Dr. Pat Webbink

An accomplished psychotherapist and author well known for her innovative contributions in her field, Dr. Patricia Webbink founded the Enrichment Centers Inc., in 1994. Her whole person approach to educating children makes the Centers unique and more effective than other programs of its kind. She has dedicated considerable time and energy into conceptualizing, developing, and managing multiple Education Initiatives that are focused on promoting child enrichment, education enhancement, and gifted learning. The initiatives have won several awards including the Best Instructional Award in Maryland. Widely considered a leader in the Supplemental Education Services field, Dr. Webbink has helped facilitate thousands of classes in hundreds of schools, and has helped bring educational enrichment programs to many thousands of children.

Dr. Webbink carries on the important work of the late, internationally known sociologist, Dr. Howard Ehrlich of the Prejudice Institute, Inc. They developed an anti-bullying and multicultural education approaches as well as anti-violence and conflict resolution programs.

Lynn Ditchfield

An educator for more than 35-years, she has shown how art can be an effective strategy to engage at-risk students. Her research has been documented in a filmed case study entitled Linking Voices: Breaking Silence.

Katherine Schafer

The Enrichment Center’s Director of Educational Programs. Ms. Schaffer has managed the Maryland and Virginia Supplemental Education Services (SES) programs since 2008.

The Enrichment Centers has a large, highly experienced, and versatile staff with a proven track record of outstanding success. Many of our tutors and certified teachers have been educated at Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Tufts, University of Pennsylvania, Duke, University of Virginia, University of Maryland, George Washington University, American University, and other reputable schools.
